It was started by the owner of John Jordan Winery, as a way to give money to local teachers. Unfortunately, he's a big Republican supporter. She also sits on the Sonoma County Board of Education, which shows that putting out racist election mailers, then refusing to discuss them without throwing out blame on those complaining, pays.
